1. About DineLink

DineLink is a cloud-based restaurant management system designed to streamline ordering, kitchen operations, staff workflows, analytics, and customer experience. DineLink is operated from Jordan and primarily serves restaurants in the MENA region.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your business, and you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, including those of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must ensure your users (managers, chefs, waiters, etc.) follow your internal policies and these Terms.
  • DineLink may suspend access for security, misuse, or non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or infringing use of the platform.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing technical safeguards.
  • No uploading of malicious code or interfering with others’ use.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Fees

  • Plans, pricing, and trial offers are published on our Pricing page.
  • Fees are billed in the currency shown at checkout; taxes may apply.
  • Trials may be limited and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data and business data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing lawful notices to your staff and customers, where required, about your use of DineLink.

7. Third‑Party Services

Some features may rely on third‑party providers (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, messaging). Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

DineLink, including its software, designs, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data; we retain ownership of our platform.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features to improve the platform.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DineLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

You may stop using DineLink at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non‑payment. Upon termination, access to your account may be limited; please export your data beforehand when possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
