How do I add staff?

As a manager, open Staff and create accounts for Chefs and Waiters. Choose a username and password, then share those with your team.

How does QR ordering work?

Guests scan the table’s QR code, browse the menu, add items to their cart, and place the order. The waiter approves it with an estimated time.

What can Waiters do?

See new orders, approve or reject with an ETA, update status, mark as paid, manage tables, and start orders when needed.

What can Chefs do?

Work from the kitchen queue: change orders from Approved to Preparing, then to Ready.

What do we need to run DineLink?

Any modern phone, tablet, or computer with internet. Tablets are ideal for waiters and the kitchen display. We’ll help connect it to your system so your menu shows up.

Does it include payments, email/SMS, 2FA, or printers?

Not at the moment. This version doesn’t include payment gateways, email/SMS notifications, two‑factor login, or printer integration.
